At this time, only same-chair Chair Covers may be exchanged. Exchanges of Chair Covers must be within 30 days of the delivery date and can be exchanged at no extra cost. We do not offer exchanges for different chairs.
Here are a few considerations:
1. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:
- Pet dander or fur
- Dirt or stains
- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Damage or stains
2. You may only exchange an order once. Exchanges of an exchanged item are prohibited.
3. Exchange credits cannot be saved and used at a later time.
